We went from a barebone Bootstrap scaffolding young startup to a product used by millions (yes millions) of users every day mainly including teachers & students.
I proudly built a design team and a data-driven building culture.
This was the state of the website and the product when I first joined the company:

this was the perfect fit for me:

Little by little we started building a Design System helping both designers and developers building together consistently
A product that focused on the real needs for Teachers and Students
And a whole new brand language based on bright colors, inclusive illustration and a positive learning experience.
