Víctor Ventura ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Lazy Chooser mobile application (the "Service").
Policies
Lazy Chooser does not collect any personal data. No accounts or logins, runs no analytics, and serves no advertising or third-party tracking. The choices you make and the five-minute lockout timer are stored only on your device.
We do not sell your data, show you ads, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Lazy Chooser is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The app's in-app "Requests" feature is powered by WishKit, a third-party service for collecting feedback. If you choose to submit a feature request or vote on one, the text and choices you enter are sent to and stored by WishKit so that we can read them. WishKit may also automatically record technical information such as your IP address and basic device details, as described in its own privacy policy at https://www.wishkit.io/privacy-policy. Using "Requests" is optional — if you never open it, nothing leaves your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" above.
